The lights outside didn't work, the water from the faucet was murky, the beds weren't comfortable and the airport is nearby so flights are constantly going overhead. On our first night we were playing music at a fair level but there's a noise monitor inside and the host messaged warning we would get kicked out because it was quiet hours and supposedly neighbors were complaining, and then we were reported to AirBnb and claimed we were having a unauthorized gathering even though we were eight people. We were up late playing games and got another complaint from neighbors and supposedly AirBnb about the noise level. If you're booking this for Coachella, find somewhere else that isn't an exorbitant amount because the hassle with the noise is not worth it and we were there to have a good time and play music." We enjoyed swimming in the pool, using the backyard bbq, and eating dinner as a family outside. Greatest part for my 6-year old: playing fooz ball, dominoes, and PacMan, Galaga, and Dig Dug in the game room. 

The house is spacious, clean, and well -appointed. Lots of large screen televisions in bedrooms and the living room. Loved the lounge chairs in the shallow part of the pool under the umbrella and the waterfall feature pouring over part of the deep end. The kitchen is large as is the laundry room.
