However, the address shown in the app was different from the actual one, so we went to the wrong place for check-in. This was my mistake for not checking the confirmation email, but ideally, the app should reflect the correct location ,it caused a frustrating start.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. In the main bedroom, the shower water takes time to heat and the pressure is quite low. For business travelers, ironing is important,the small portable ironing board wasn’t ideal. A practical steamer would be better.

The plants in the apartment are artificial ,live plants would enhance the atmosphere and experience. Also, managing all building and elevator access via mobile was a bit challenging for me personally. Still, it was a pleasant stay overall, and Kye was proactive and helpful. I’d recommend it." (8/5)
