Exceptional in every regard!
Positive: The pictures on the listing are incredibly misleading, what I thought was going to be a small cramped apartment in DTLA was actually incredibly spacious with amazing facilities. As you open your door, it literally leads into the most amazing rooftop patio area with barbeques and an amazing view of Los Angeles.
Much better than most AirBnBs and Hotels combined that I've stayed at in LA.
Negative: Parking situation probably could've been much better. Parking wasn't really an option which wasn't an issue for me but it did stunt my ability to invite friends over to enjoy the apartment.
