We had a lovely stay at Kye's place. All rooms were bright and clean. Kitchen is well-appointed and the balcony was a great spot to take our morning coffee. Kye even provided ground coffee to brew! Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space and storage in the bedroom closets and bathrooms. It was super handy to have a dishwasher, washer and dryer on site and Kye provided plenty of detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper. We especially appreciated the safe and easily accessible in-garage parking. The shared rooftop patio provided terrific views of the city, the Hollywood sign and gorgeous sunsets. Check-in/Check-out instructions were perfect and Kye checked in regularly.

Everything was perfect, except for one instance when the access key malfunctioned, making us to follow another guest upstairs.

Nadia’s place is in an ideal location, I was in town for court and the courthouse was an easy walk from the apartment, straight through vibrant and charming Little Tokyo. The Arts District with its many bars and restaurants is also only a few minutes walk away. LA is not known as the most walkable city, so this was a very welcome attribute and made my stay much more fun than it otherwise would have been. The apartment itself is spacious and well appointed, and I literally had some of the best sleeps of my life in the king sized bed. If I have to come back to LA again I’d book this place in a heartbeat.

Kye’s place is, without exaggeration, perfect as can be. This was our second stay - it’s so nice we didn’t even consider another place for our LA visit. Lovely space, great central location, fantastic view, comfortable, immaculate, secure parking garage, every amenity, and Kye is the consummate host. Looking forward to our next visit there

Kye’s apartment was clean, safe, comfortable, convenient, and very secure. As I was traveling alone in an unfamiliar city, security was very important to me. Kye’s apartment has a guard at the lobby desk (after you badge in) and a guard at the entrance to the private garage. It was a great Airbnb experience!

Beautiful spot in Korea Town, and I will definitely book this place again in the future. Felt right at home, the place was clean and what made it memorable was the world cup games and the entire building chanting and yelling haha. Beautiful views from the balcony, and such a relaxing place to stay. Would definitely recommend 😁🙏🏻
