This was a great place to stay. The host was very proactive and helpful with communication. We especially like the reserved parking space. The location was easy to get to and check-in was a breeze. There was a rooftop with fire pit that we enjoyed. We utilized the gym and there is also a small park nearby that was walking distance.

Nad was super responsive and friendly throughout the stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having a washer & dryer was amazing, especially for a longer stay. The location was also great - very walkable to the Arts District and Little Tokyo. Would 100% stay here again next time I’m in LA!
Had a great stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easy to access. Aly was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful one-night stay with my siblings and our dog! The place was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. The location was great, with parking for two cars and tons of restaurants nearby. It was the perfect place for a relaxing day in Orange. Communication was excellent as well. We would definitely stay again!

First time visiting this area in LA! Very responsive and friendly hosts. I appreciate the clear and clean area we were staying in. The location is close to Japantown LA, though it was a bit tricky with the parking and finding parking, it wasn't that bad. Just need to be patient with finding a spot if you end up using a vehicle. There are options regardless. Other than that, the place was nice, clean, and yeah, I would definitely come back! Thanks again.
