We manage luxury estate homes, beachfront villas, mid-century modern houses, urban lofts, penthouses, and apartment-style condos and townhouses across Southern California. We want to ensure every property meets our design and guest experience standards.
What markets are you currently operating in?
San Diego, Los Angeles (DTLA and Little Tokyo), Orange County (South Coast Metro, near Irvine and Disneyland), and Palm Springs. We are also actively expanding into Florida.
How does Casera price my property?
We use dynamic pricing tools combined with local market expertise to optimize your nightly rate based on seasonality, demand, local events, and competitive inventory. The goal is always maximum revenue, not just maximum occupancy.
Do I have any say in who stays at my property?
Absolutely. We screen every guest and you can set house rules, minimum stay requirements, and other preferences. We'll enforce them and handle all guest communication.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After you submit the form, a team member will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a property walkthrough. From there, we handle photography, listing creation, pricing setup, and any staging or supply recommendations. Most properties are live within 2–3 weeks.
Can I still use my property for personal stays?
Of course. You can block dates for personal use anytime through our owner portal. We just ask for advance notice so we can adjust the booking calendar.
What fees does Casera charge?
Our management fees are competitive and transparent. We'll walk you through the full fee structure during your initial consultation. No hidden charges, no surprises.
