These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Stay Casera’s services and properties. By booking a stay or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Reservation Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Rates are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
A valid government-issued photo ID and signed rental agreement are required before check-in.

2. Payments & Security Deposit

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
A $1,000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card prior to check-in. This authorization will be released within [Insert # of days] after checkout, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required, or violation of house rules.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 4.00 PM and check-out by 11.00 AM
Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Abide by all posted house rules.
Sign the rental agreement and provide valid photo identification for verification.
Use the property and its facilities responsibly.
Notify Stay Casera immediately of any damages or issues.

Prohibited activities include:

Unauthorized parties or gatherings.
Smoking indoors ($1000 penalty per occurrence).
Bringing unauthorized pets.
Engaging in unlawful activities.

Stay Casera reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund for violations.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the policy stated at the time of booking. Stay Casera may cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events with a full refund to the guest.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stay Casera and its affiliates are not liable for:

Injuries or accidents on the premises.
Loss, theft, or damage of guest property.
Consequential damages or loss of use.

7. Privacy

All guest information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

Stay Casera reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting to the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State the rental is located at. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the state.
