Took a group of boys for their graduation trip, and they had a great time. House was big enough for all of us to sleep comfortably, and there was plenty to do between pool, sand volleyball, kayak, game room, and plenty of big screens. Great kitchen, amazing primary bed and bath, and walkable to beach. Geo was very responsive and was both helpful and supportive. We had a great trip, would stay there again.
Wonderful stay at this property. House was large enough to fit two families comfortably. Very clean and modern. Easy and prompt communication with owner/property manager. Geo was proactive in getting information to us prior to our stay and responded to any questions immediately. Great location with easy drive to beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Neighborhood was safe with beautiful views of the waterway. In terms of kitchen, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc., but lacked smaller necessary items. For example, no sponge to wash dishes, no dishwasher detergent, extra paper products, or simple condiments that one might expect from a property at this price point. Other than this, it is a fabulous property. Highly recommend.
