The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It is clean, very spacious, and has absolutely everything we needed. The AC is good and keeps the apartment cool when needed. The neighborhood is safe and located near many restaurants and in walking distance to downtown LA. Nadia was extremely responsive and helpful. Her check-in and check-out instructions are great and spot on. The free parking spot in the garage is awesome as parking in LA is typically hard to find and expensive. The building itself is newer and secure with great views of downtown LA. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Nadia.

We travel to LA about 3 times a year. This has been the most convenient, peaceful and relaxing place we’ve stayed without breaking the bank. Nad was extremely responsive, like within minutes. Parking was convenient, location is safe and very peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. We would especially like to mention the mattress — it was very comfortable and helped us sleep well. We also appreciated having tea and coffee available in the kitchen. The only thing we missed was a larger frying pan. There was a small one, but my husband and I usually cook our own meals, so a bigger pan would have been helpful. However, it was not a major issue, and we managed just fine. Overall, everything was excellent. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends
