I travel to LA often for work and this is my fave stay there. The apt is spotless, very comfortable and has everything I need. The neighborhood is great, feels safe and is walkable- even at night or early in the AM. I will be back!
Nice place. Super clean and quiet. Like other reviews mention, building is a relatively new apartment building, which has pros and cons (cool design, nice roof deck, but cheap finishes: e.g. window blinds falling apart.) Despite the location near major roadways, the place was nice and peaceful. Immediate area is sort of a no-mans land, but you walk two blocks and you're in Little Tokyo or the Arts District with a host of restaurants, and just one block from the metro station, which is great!
this Airbnb is in a great location in LA and the building complex is beautiful! communication with the host was also great too and vehe helpful. my only comment would be the blinds in the bedroom did not block out enough light to sleep for me personally.

Great clean spot in nicer quieter part of town than downtown. Worked well for convention center work trip. Walkable to cafes etc
위치 및 시설도 좋고, 호스트분과 소통이 편했습니다.잘 쉬다갑니다.
Decent budget option if you want to be near the LA metro system/Union Square. The best part is undoubtedly the rooftop deck and quiet atmosphere facing the backside of the building. Some things in the condo were very cheap, such as the window blinds, which would break easily and allow a lot of early morning sun in. The AC worked decent but didn’t get as cold as some other places I have stayed.
Tidy, well-kept, great location, and Kye is helpful and well-organized. A total find, and hope to return!
Clean and comfortable apartment with lots of space. Bed was comfy and I slept well on quiet street. Location was very good, close to metro. Good washing machine and kitchen had all I needed to cook. Overall, was exactly as I expected
Place was really nice and couldn’t be more happy with the location, it was calm and little Japan is just great! Apartment was clean and had everything one needs. Thank you for having me!
Big, clean and comfortable apartment. Super easy keyless check in. Street parking isn’t always available, and you may have to park a few blocks away. But the location is good, and the building felt secure. Will stay again! Many thanks
