The place is nice, clean and spacious. But the area is not good. The homeless people wondering around, also we could not find a single grocery shop or restaurant around . We wanted to buy a water since the apartment does not have a water filter. The metro is not close if you want to walk so you still have to take uber. Not much to do in the area if you are like us tourists. Kye is very good in communication, fast in response, but we found multiple reminders about the trash a little bit too much. It made us feel as we were an irresponsible teenagers or unwanted relatives coming to stay despite his will. Just being honest. Overall if you don’t mind the area and have a car to move around the flat itself is nice to stay. But for us it’s was a no.

Kye’s place is in a great location close to downtown LA. The air bnb was clean, the check in process was quick and easy, and Kye is a very responsive host. I highly recommend staying here when visiting LA.
